Space fuels creativity.

As an entrepreneur, I know that creativity and success need room to breathe, preferably outside surrounded by fresh air. Short moments in nature can serve as effective breaks, helping to prevent burnout and boost productivity. Below, I share thoughts, inspiration, and tips for nurturing your own creativity, based on my personal experiences.

Inspired by nature

Nature provides a grounding environment where ideas flow freely. A walk in the forest or along the beach can help clear your mind and potentially spark new ideas.

Increasing Efficiency

Short outdoor breaks work wonders for productivity. Taking a quick breath of fresh air through the nostrils allows you to detach from the ongoing work, relax, and recharge so you can return to your tasks with renewed energy.

Move yourself and your team outside the office or meeting room.

Nature and outdoor moments offer a great opportunity to share experiences with your team. Group outdoor activities enhance collaboration and trust, foster new ideas, and broaden perspectives. "Thinking outside the box" becomes possible when you take your thinking outside the four walls of the office.

Calm down

Being outdoors clears the mind and helps you see things from a new perspective. This not only relaxes the mind but can also inspire entirely new ideas.

Take time and space courageously. In busy periods, it might feel like you don't have time for this. However, regularly pausing to step back keeps your energy levels higher and improves your focus. Fresh air is an excellent support for your work projects and aids recovery from everyday hecticness. Utilize the strength that your environment offers and support your well-being. When your thoughts stay clear, many other things tend to run more smoothly and straightforwardly.
